DISCLAIMER: SpeedDateAustin is not a matchmaking service. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. SpeedDateAustin does not verify personal information on its participants, such as marital status or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to clarify these issues to your own satisfaction.

SpeedDateAustin does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs. By registering for a SpeedDateAustin event, you are agreeing that neither SpeedDateAustin nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the SpeedDate Philadelphia program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or affiliated with SpeedDateAustin Terms & Conditions

SpeedDateAustin provides a way for adults to meet each other. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and SpeedDateAustin Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for SpeedDateAustin By registering for SpeedDate Austin, you become a member of SpeedDateAustin and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register for SpeedDateAustin The terms are subject to change by SpeedDateAustin at any time, effective upon notice to you.

MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS.
By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Either you or SpeedDateAustin may terminate your SpeedDateAustin and Speed Date USA, Inc. membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. SpeedDateAustin reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to SpeedDateAustin, or to an off-line SpeedDateAustin event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to the attention of SpeedDateAustin.

As a Member, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for the information you provide at SpeedDateAustin, or transmit to other SpeedDate Austin Members.

2. You will not transmit to other SpeedDateAustin Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

3. You will use SpeedDateAustin in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through SpeedDateAustin. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other SpeedDateAustin members.

5. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other SpeedDateAustin Members. SpeedDateAustin has no obligation to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeedDateAustin, Speed Date USA, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the SpeedDateAustin service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
Speed Date USA, Inc. owns and retains other proprietary rights in all services offered by SpeedDateAustin.   SpeedDate USA, Inc. retains rights to all copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of SpeedDateAustin, its licensors and licensees.

INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER:
SpeedDateAustin will keep confidential all information supplied by you to SpeedDateAustin, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law. Please see Privacy Statement for more detailed information concerning confidentiality.

CLIENT PICTURES/IMAGES GALLERY
SpeedDateAustin reserves the right to use the image of any client, guest, or visitor in connection with any event they attend or are present at, to display online in our database of clients.  These images may be taken at any SpeedDateAustin event.  These images will not be sold or reproduced for gain without express permission from the guest, client, or visitor.  However, these pictures and images may be used in connection with marketing and/or advertising without the express permission of the client.  These pictures will be accessible online at www.SpeedDateAustin.com

COMPLAINTS
To resolve a complaint regarding the SpeedDateAustin service, you should first contact SpeedDateUSA Customer Support via email to info@SpeedDateUSA.com.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Disclaimer of warranty: Speed Date USA. Inc. in connection with Speed DateAustin provides service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, in any communication with SpeedDateAustin, Speed Date USA, Inc. or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. SpeedDateAustin specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SpeedDateAustin does not warrant that your use of the SpeedDateAustin service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. SpeedDateAustin disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability. Limitation of liability: In no event will SpeedDateAustin be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use SpeedDateAustin, even if SpeedDateAustin or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, SpeedDateAustin liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SpeedDateAustin for the service during the term of membership. SpeedDateAustin does not screen the members registering for services offered by SpeedDateAustin in any way. As a result SpeedDateAustin will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via this service. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort. SpeedDateAustin asks all prospective participants if they are single. But we do not verify this information. Therefore, SpeedDateAustin is not liable for the integrity of statements made by members as to their identity, marital status and general background. It is incumbent and advised upon the user to verify any and all information relating to but not limited to this subject. It is advised to check references of any member.
