Reschedule Policy

The success of our events depend upon a number of factors.  Therefore, Speed Date USA and each Speed Date USA territory holds the following terms and conditions:

1.  Speed Dating depends upon an even ration of guests.  If for any reason the number of guests is an uneven ratio the Speed Date USA territory owner may rechedule your event.  If your event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may choose another event of your choosing.  However, a guest will not receive a refund if an event is rescheduled. 

2. If for some reason you cannot attend the event you have signed up for, you must send us an e-mail or call us 3 days prior (at least 72 hours) to the start time of the event.  Our representatives will reschedule you up for a different event of your choosing of lesser or equal value. 

3.  If we receive notification of reschdule less than 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the event, we cannot guaratee another spot will be made available to you. 

4.  If you are scheduled to attend an event and do not attend without any notice, we cannot guarantee another spot in any other event will be made available to you. 

5.  If your rescheduling request meets our policy guidelines, as stated above, there will be a $5 non-refundable change fee that will be applied to your credit card. You will be issued a coupon promotional code to allow you to RSVP for any other SpeedDate USA event of your choosing (pending event space) of equal or lesser value.

Like many event tickets you purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds on events you have registered for and cannot attend. You can however reschedule your reservation to another date if your request meets our policy guidelines as stated above.
